• The vehicle frame is fabricated from high-strength HJ60 and Q550 steel, which delivers stable transport performance and outstanding load-bearing capacity. Featuring a unique telescopic layout paired with high-tensile raw materials, the main beam avoids deformation or collapse while stretching and retracting, enabling smooth sliding movement and high operational efficiency.

• A standout characteristic of semi-trailers built for wind turbine blade haulage is their ultra-long body fitted with a longitudinal telescopic mechanism. Given their extreme overall length, these vehicles face greater obstacles when making turns. To tackle curve navigation difficulties and cut down the minimum turning radius, such blade transport semi-trailers are normally outfitted with hydraulic steering systems that greatly boost the overall vehicle’s maneuverability.

• The vehicle can be optionally equipped with a dedicated hydraulic turntable automatic steering system.It automatically keeps all axles concentric and perfectly aligned with the main center of rotation. • SHIYUN extendable windmill vehicle can be fitted with a compact 12KW power station equipped with an engine and a hydraulic pump to drive the on-board hydraulic system for steering operation. Steering can be controlled either by manual valves or a remote control system.

• Featuring a four-beam structure, all telescopic cross beams and extendable rear bumpers adopt reliable SHIYUN telescopic technology, enabling smooth and effortless extension and retraction.When retracted, the trailer has a compact overall length.When unloaded, the telescopic beam can be retracted to shorten the overall length of the trailer. Its maximum telescopic extension reaches 72 meters, capable of transporting extra-long wind turbine blades with a support span of around 70 meters. The telescopic operation is stable and smooth.Mounting points are reserved at 1-meter intervals along the trailer body for fixing blades of various specifications. A 6-meter telescopic rear bumper/folding rear bumper can be additionally installed on request.

• The suspension system is designed with multi-axle independent steering.Air suspension is available to protect sensitive and precision cargo stablization, while mechanical suspension is an ideal option for carrying heavy-duty moulds and heavy loads.

• Custom 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 axles are available. The vehicle adopts through-span axles equipped with rotary hydraulic steering system, providing a steering angle of ±35°. It supports both manual operation and remote control operation.

Primarily used to connect the gooseneck and rear axle groups, the beams also deliver solid load-bearing performance on their upper surface.

Built around a hydraulic modular structure, this setup offers far greater flexibility than standard straight through axles. It can be fitted with hydraulic axle suspensions, and the full trailer supports hydraulic lifting functions as well as hydraulic steering control.

The large number of axle-mounted tires effectively boosts the vehicle’s total load limit.

The retractable extension spacer beam is detachable and can be attached to various modular trailers to enable multi-scenario transport operations. Once separated from the extension beam, the modular trailer can operate independently to carry other types of goods. Additionally, intermediate spacer platforms can be installed between groups of modular axles to suit wind blade transportation tasks.
