1. Wind tower lowbed trailer for sale:

This long-haul telescope extendable trailer for wind rotor turbine tower transportation is equipped with through-type axles and a turntable hydraulic steering system.With outstanding heavy-load capacity, SHIYUN trailer is fully optimized for the long-haul transportation of large, heavy windmill turbine blades in complex mountainous regions.Equipped with flexible dimension tuning capability, it delivers universal compatibility with wind towers across a wide range of sizes and all mainstream brands.

Features:

• The frame is made of high-strength steel such as HG60, Grade A steel and Q550 steel. It boasts excellent torsion resistance and fatigue resistance, free from deformation under long-term heavy load and collapse during telescopic operation.
• Wind turbine tower transport vehicle is a special semi-trailer specially designed for transporting ultra-long, ultra-heavy and large-diameter wind turbine towers. It features a low saddle, multi-axle configuration, heavy-load capacity, optional hydraulic steering and arc-shaped bearing structure.

• Adopting a low-platform structure design, it is suitable for transporting large-diameter wind turbine towers. The ground clearance can be as low as 200~350 mm, which effectively reduces the overall transportation height and vehicle center of gravity, and avoids height limit risks on roads.

• Shiyun Adopted arched saddle and bracket design. The middle of the axle is concave and curved to closely fit the circular outer wall of the tower barrel. It prevents rolling and deformation of the tower, ensures firm binding and uniform stress distribution.

• The axle can be equipped with either concave-center axles or straight-beam through axles.It adopts multi-axle configuration with standard multi-axle hydraulic steering. Common specifications include 4-axle, 5-axle, 6-axle, 7-axle and 8-axle, and 9-axle or 10-axle models are also available. Ordinary fix axles or Hydraulic modular axle vehicles are optional as well, with a single vehicle load capacity ranging from 60 to 200 tons.The axles adopt a spliced and detachable structure. Independent axles can be freely disassembled, assembled and added or removed according to different load capacity requirements.

• The frame features a pull-out and extendable structure, enabling longitudinal stretching, telescopic extension and splicing lengthening, suitable for transporting wind turbine tower sections of 30~70 meters or even longer.The total length can reach 40 meters or more after telescopic extension.

• SHIYUN extendable windmill vehicle can be fitted with a compact 12KW power station equipped with an engine and a hydraulic pump to drive the on-board hydraulic system for steering operation. Steering can be controlled either by manual valves or a remote control system.
• With load equalization and multi-support bearing design, it distributes hundred-ton class heavy loads evenly to multiple axles and wheels, complying with highway axle load regulations.
• All wheels adopt hydraulic steering. All steering axles are connected by transmission rods to realize synchronous steering. It features a small turning radius, enabling smooth passage on narrow roads, sharp curves and lane changes in mountainous areas.
• Equipped with a dedicated fastening system, combined with arc-shaped hoops, high-strength steel wire ropes and hydraulic tensioners, it firmly clamps the wind turbine tower to prevent slippage and overturning during transportation.
• The gooseneck is available in two options: fixed gooseneck, and fixed gooseneck with hydraulic lifting plate. For higher-end requirements, detachable gooseneck and hydraulic power gooseneck can be equipped, which adapt to different tractor heads and various loading & unloading heights.

• If the load-bearing capacity of the tractor fifth wheel is insufficient, a dolly can be installed to increase the overall load capacity.

• It features a wide diameter adaptation range. Replaceable cushion blocks are fitted on the arc-shaped platform, The tower transport vehicle can be designed with a lateral telescopic and sliding structure, which is adaptable to different tower diameters and meets the requirement for diameter variation ranging from 3.5 meters to 6 meters.

• SHIYUN can also be manufactured with a width-slidable and middle hollow structure design, suitable for transporting wind turbine towers and large tank bodies.It is also applicable to shipping marine components and other tank-type cargoes. After the goods are placed on the ground, no hoisting equipment is required for unloading.

Built around a hydraulic modular framework, this equipment offers far greater adaptability than traditional solid through-axle designs. It can be fitted with hydraulic axle-line suspension systems, enabling full vehicle hydraulic lifting and synchronized steering functions. Multiple rows of heavy-duty tires drastically boost the transporter’s overall payload capacity.

The vessel bridge beam is detachable and able to link up with various modular trailers to accomplish multi-purpose hauling tasks. Once detached from extendable spacer frames, the modular transporter can operate independently to carry other types of heavy cargo. Furthermore, if the destination country’s local transport rules impose no height limitations on oversize loads, wind tower sections may be placed directly onto the hydraulic modular axle vehicle for transit.

It can also adopt the front and rear load-bearing structure to carry the Vessel Bridge for transporting wind turbine towers and other Huge tanks.We called it Dolly heavy lift trailers.It is generally equipped with hydraulic modular axle or cantilever  axis lines, all fitted with hydraulic slewing turntables for steering .Load distributing beams are arranged on both sides of the Vessel Bridge, which are equipped with hydraulic lifting cylinders to realize the lifting of the entire cargo.
